Valencia is the Strategic Partnerships Manager at Hudson Valley Bio-Clean LLC, where she leads relationship development with clients, community partners, and regional organizations.

 

She holds a B.S. in Business Management and brings five-plus years of experience in the Banking and Finance industry alongside more than two decades in Civil Service.

 

A proud Hudson Valley resident, Valencia has called Dutchess County home since 1989. Her deep roots in the community and extensive background in customer relations and community service inform a customer-first philosophy grounded in empathy and compassion.

 

Valencia is known for listening closely, anticipating needs, and ensuring every engagement reflects the company’s commitment to care and professionalism.

 

When she’s not working, Valencia enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and volunteering in the community—all of which fuel her dedication to building trusted, long-term partnerships across the Hudson Valley.
